New system fully redundant and in multiple sites to minimize any downtime. •Project Managed requirements gathering, selection and implementation of Microsoft CRM into organization to support the help desk activities. •Researched, acquired and implemented QlikView business intelligence (BI) system to allow the company to analyze sales and forecast trends in the market.
