Daily Duties at Volunteers Of America Of Florida:
•Implementation of Electronic Medical Records System which includes overseeing the processes and project managing the implementation steps. With my years of experience have been instrumental in setting the technology direction for the company and managing the process to get there. Developed and implemented a new Quality Scoring System to measure the success rates of participants in their program. This gave them the ability to measure the success of their employees based on the organization measurable critical success factors and corporate goals & objectives. •Managed all aspects of quality control for the project which included test plan and user acceptance and documentation and manuals related to the project. •Implemented compliance to the HIPAA regulations through process changes in documentation and procedures. After implementation, passed a certification audit by the Dept Health & Human Service of Florida that included HIPAA compliance audit. •Development – SQL, Crystal Reporting, Unicare Healthcare System
