Daily Duties at Inno Path Software:
•Led the design, deployment, testing, and support of highly available geographically redundant systems, providing a groundbreaking end-to-end MDM solution to Tier 1 carriers in US, Japan, India, and China. •Increased customer facing engineering capabilities on both client and server side by forming Customer Operations Engineering and OEM and Client Engineering. •Created a more effective organization allowing engineers to rotate from TAC to deployment assignment as required by customer demand. •Built and staffed 24/7 Technical Assistance Center to support Tier 1 carriers across the globe. •Institutionalized industrial strength deployment practices, improved product quality, automated client testing that reduced testing time to market by 50%. I •Took handset porting and testing from strategy to reality; created Port to Production product ($7M revenue). •Created first Device Management Capabilities Program for GSM carriers, generating $1M+ in revenue; developed multiple Professional Services based SOWs that resulted in $5.5M in revenue. •Implemented Mass FOTA update capability; update campaigns ranged from 15K to 800K handsets.
