Daily Duties at Penske Logistics:
Managed finance department at local facility, working with 4 locations that included 2 large automotive manufacturing plants. Initially recruited to improve under-performing operations during acquisition transition period. Focused on resolving multiple issues involving $1 million past-due payables, lack of billing and operating plans, and undefined customer expectations/requirements. Supervised 5 direct reports, including 2 Financial Analysts. Reported to Area Manager.
