•Implemented sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber candidates working in the Light Industrial and Administrative fields. •Led various community focused events to market Joule within local organizations, Chamber of Commerce offices and other recruitment seminars. •Efficiently managed the day-to-day activities of the Office Manager, Candidate Scheduler and Transportation Manager. •Developed sourcing strategies and solutions to support corporate recruiting goals. •Conducted background and reference checks on all candidates • Client Focus: Lea &Perrins, Kraft, Maidenform • Recruiting focus: Light Industrial employees, Executive Administrative Assistants, Data Entry Operators, Office Managers, Childcare Assistants and Customer Service Specialists.
