•Successfully sourced and placed over 150 clinical research professionals in contractual and permanent opportunities within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Clinical Research Organization (CRO’s) and Medical Device industries. •Executed strategic sourcing techniques to include a variety of resources such as internet advertising (i.e. Monster, Hot Jobs, Craigslist, CareerBuilder), employment agencies, internal and external databases (i.e. Kelly Staff Net, Webhire, Bullhorn), employee referrals, cold calling, direct sourcing and job fairs. •Worked with external vendors to ensure appropriate tests, background, and reference checks were successfully completed. •Determined most qualified candidates and made recommendations to hiring managers. •Proficient at bringing recruitment offers to a successful close. •Responsible for writing, editing and posting all job descriptions. •Proficient with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Insite/Fieldglass, Pro-Unlimited WAND, PeopleClick, Brassring. Ariba and PeopleSoft Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). •Client focus: Sepracor, Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi-Aventis •Recruiting Specialty: Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Clinical Data Managers (CDMs), SAS/Statistical Programmers, and Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs)
