Responsible for all general accounting and monthly close as well as monthly variance analysis, financial planning and plant financial statements. Converted existing paper voucher and ledger system to computer system. Ran the most complete, fastest and most accurate annual physical inventory in 25 year plant history, Promoted 2 levels. Responsibility for cost accounting system at plant level and annual updates for scrap, material cost, labor changes and overhead changes on a fixed and variable budgets by department.(plant of about 350 employees)
