Daily Duties at Covario:
• Effectively led efforts towards strategic scaling of resources, processes, and server environments during rapid growth. • Defined, implemented, and coordinated standards for smooth product implementations and upgrades. • Successfully led the growth of the Production Operations team from myself to a team of 10+ members. • Established team and processes to perform daily data gathering and system loading for over 13 Clients on up to three of our Products, with 15% improvement in accuracy. Developed database driven search engine marketing and web analytics data integration system for revenue and point-based optimization of global search engine marketing programs for Fortune 1000 clients including Intel, Research in Motion, and others. System supports programs running in: • 60 Countries with Currency Conversion • 30 Languages with English Translation • 20 Search Engines • 5 Web Analytics Sources Utilized technologies including: C#, Java, JScript, MySQL, Apache Tomcat, and IIS.
