Daily Duties at Keybank, Na.:

Directed all regional construction management operations and 7 senior managers in support of the $750M, 5-year Branch Modernization initiative. Devised and deployed strategies to maximize quality / safety, cost control, and adherence to corporate requirements (national channel management). Leveraged standardization of estimates (to facilitate value engineering and planning) and SWOT analysis. Monitored progress and ensured alignment with project / delivery objectives. Developed and implemented process improvements in areas including cross-functional collaboration (with project and property management divisions), reporting, and scheduling. Cultivated strong relationships with external vendors (including selection and oversight throughout projects) and internal clients / stakeholders. • Optimized the branch modernization project by incorporating the bank’s strategic objectives into construction management and by using relationship management skills to improve cooperation between the construction team and internal stakeholders / clients. • Enhanced revenues by obtaining new banking business (from vendors contributing to the branch upgrade initiative) through outstanding business development / customer relations skills. • Minimized risk and susceptibility to theft / fraud by spearheading the design and deployment of a new security program for cash vault walls (system now an enterprise-wide best practice). • Earned promotion and recommendation from CFO of KeyCorp, parent company of KeyBank.
