Daily Duties at Tecso Technology Solution:
• Prepared client requirements report and designed Layout for the new project. • Solicited feedback from the fabricators & vendors to develop designs with highest quality & cost effectiveness. • Designed parts on Pro/Engineer, SolidWorks, CATIA and performed static analysis using Pro/Mechanica and Ansys. Created manufacturing drawings of parts and assemblies with ASME Y14.5 standard. • Prepared a 3D model of sheet metal components and assembly of Baler products in SolidWorks as per received inputs. • Worked in a team to design the off-set Boom, back holder and retainer for Volvo excavator using SolidWorks and performed static-dynamic analysis. Optimize the design for maximum load capacity. Prepared the 2D detailing of each part and BOM. • Worked on re-engineering of plastic gear stick knob for one of the leading automotive manufacturer. Prepared the mold design in Pro/Engineer. • Prepared sub-assembly and assembly drawings incorporating welding details as per Customer standard.
