Responsible for strategy, contract development, sales and execution of customer relationship and business support inbound and outbound telemarketing services on behalf of over 20 million customer clients. Earlier in career at American Transtech, I served as operations manager, leading 100+ teams in projects and Total Quality Management training, reduced staffing from 30 to 10 days, reduced personnel costs by 33% and consistently awarded client and internal achievement ratings.
