Many of the rules derived from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation as well as common sense knowledge. • Carry out operations responsibilities including interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performances, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving conflicts and also handling the sometimes challenging matter of termination. • No nonsense, direct approach to issues that impact the company. Efficient and coordinated efforts in a timely manner based on information that is at hand executing what is needed to accomplish specific goals at a given point.
