Management - Hired, trained, mentored, and leads a team of six support personnel to achieve and exceed corporate goals while maintaining tight deadlines. Sales Support - Solid experience in effectively serving as liaison between sales, credit, accounting, and production departments while maintaining communication and collaboration with senior management. - Seeks methods to provide excellent customer service by going beyond company requirements, including implementing advertiser payment plans and recommending ad solutions. - Aids sales representatives in formulating marketing programs, product positioning, online exposure, marketing research studies, and added-value programs to increase sales and commissions. Marketing - Develops promotional materials which maintain brand image, including press releases, newsletters, direct mail, media kits, online ad campaigns, and an E-commerce store. Event Planning - Manages trade show coordination at more than 10 shows per year and develops strategies and campaigns to expand and strengthen customer base, increase profits, and gain market share. - Coordinates annual sales meetings, negotiates pricing and service levels, creates signage, and generates all communication while staying under budget.
