Daily Duties at The Island Waterpark:
Oversee new facility start-up (1998) Development of Operational policy and procedures for Operational departments Responsible for Aquatic, EMT, Security, Housekeeping, Pool Maintenance and Risk Management Order all equipment and supplies for Operational Departments Interview, hire, train Supervisors and staff for all Operational Departments Lifeguard, First Aid/CPR instructor Work with established budgets for all departments Work with and understand filtration and wave generating equipment
