• Led the process and capability validation of the cutting edge, on-asset printing technology. • Designed an optimized novel printing process to be integrated into commercial production machines making KOTEX®, POISE®, PULL UPS® and DEPEND® products. • Prepared detailed trial plans and success criteria, led pilot facility research trials, managed high value equipments and materials, coordinated research efforts with equipment manufacturer, scientists and engineers, and gained valuable web handling knowledge and corporate experience in a manufacturing environment. • Prepared design specifications of the optimized commercially viable system in addition to writing a detailed technical report and delivering project presentations.
