Daily Duties at People Services Center:

• Assessed future needs for the client and made recommendations for software and hardware. Set up Business Objects with Encyclopedia and Performance Manager. Performed assessment of future needs for the client. • Troubleshot problems with a non-standard installation of the entire Business Objects XI tool suite. Configured IIS to accept the company standard internal web address so Business Objects could be run remotely. Analyzed problems with firewall issues; recommended and implemented resolution.
