Provided the systems and environments required by the applications projects in a manner that supports the timeline and completion of project objectives. • Increased productivity by introducing Live Office add-in from Business Objects to the members of the Business Objects users group who used Excel. • Advocated the replacement of the Production Business Objects servers, loaded and configured Business Objects on the clustered systems which expanded capacity and improved performance. • Followed department standards, established practices, and documented procedures with respect to project involvement and implementations including writing procedures for ITIL processes implementation. • Completed Business Objects System configuration document for Production and all pre-production environments and implemented a new Business Objects homepage on the intranet to create better communications with the clients. • Provided testing support during disaster recovery cycles, and monitored system, performance, and integration testing throughout the development cycle
