Daily Duties at Liberty Mutual:
Ops Support Specialist / Technical Analyst Used knowledge of corporate applications and computing environment to support network, mainframe and midrange systems including; system, application and network systems monitoring as well as other services to Liberty IT clients. Able to implement, maintain and test operating, application and network management systems of medium to high complexity. Led rollouts, upgrades and performance analysis while being involved in capacity and performance planning. Recognized, analyzed and resolved technical system problems of medium to high complexity. Monitored and maintained all systems, devices and software/hardware used within a complex networked data center infrastructure. This included tape management, off-site data storage and disaster recovery. Backup and Restores, working with mainframes, silos, standalone tape drives and individual servers.
