Assisted students, staff, faculty and community borrowers with use of online catalog, online databases as well as traditional information sources as well as DRA,Ex-Libris/Aleph,Horizon. Provided circulation services to students, staff, faculty and community borrowers Responsible for processing/maintaining serials Backup supervision for students Provided Reference services to library patrons in person, via telephone, e-mail and real-time Chat using print and electronic resources as needed Provided Reference/Supervisory assistance to CFCC/Citrus campus when Director on maternity leave Taught library and Bibliographic Instruction classes to students Conducted researches needed for reference requests Interacted with faculty on ongoing basis with materials requested for classes Some openings/closings Worked Flexible Hours as Needed
