Daily Duties at National Semiconductor:
Process owner for metal deposition (Ti, TiN, AlCu, AlSi, AlSiCu, Co, Pt, SiCCr, TiW) processes in 150mm & 200mm analog fab lines using Varian M2i & AMAT Endura platforms for conventional & collimated PVD films & stacks, IMP Ti & CVD TiN. Responsible for establishing & maintaining statistical process control; identifying & containing process excursions & determining root cause; managing & updating fab operating procedures; driving continuous improvements in process control, robustness & capability.
