Daily Duties at Caterpillar Financial Services :

• Created inter-company agreements and worked with CFSC Tax and legal to develop processes for sales, fees/commission transactions and to establish legal entities, to handle equipment redistribution without adverse tax results. • Developed and maintained Departmental budget; Forecasted and prepared budget for future years; maintained the rolling budget • Developed tested, assisted made recommendations on the development of the International version of CQS; provided quotations and pricing for Caterpillar Financial Services transactions; Traveled to countries to implement and train employees on newly developed product • Assisted in the development of pricing forecast and recommendations on rate adjustments by country • Performed financial analysis of the Financial Statements and develop financial ratios • Designed, developed and maintained Executive Information System for use by Upper level management • Responsible for billing customers for property tax and providing customer service for the Atlanta region (30,000 contracts) including reconciliation of accounts, working with auditors, county tax assessors to protest assessments • Maintained accurate and up to date records on laws, rules and regulations through the use of research materials for SMM, Sales and Use Tax, and Property tax. • Responsible for employee development on personal and professional level
