• Supervised a staff of 8 to 10 management and non-management employees; by administering, and monitoring workflow volume and quality, and development of staff for future promotional opportunities. • Supervised Contract terminations (average 33,000 per year), contract buyouts, document processing, option financing and filing of UCC’s. • Made recommendations to upper management by properly managing the processing of, reviewing, developing and implementation of process improvements to enhance or modify customer service processes; Processes helped company to win the Malcolm Baldridge, Award in 2003. • Assisted with the development of IVR and Internet customer service marketing plans. • Monitored and managed the day-to-day Customer Business Center customer satisfaction and complaint management process. • Handled all account modifications and booking errors for the Baltimore, Atlanta Global and Marine Regions as well as dispositions of for Global and Marine. • Reviewed, approved and made credit decisions for customers requiring contract adjustments
