• Managed and Developed Global Naming convention document that detailed the naming convention for converting and inputting data to ensure data quality for a world wide deployment to 37 countries. • Developed and wrote Use cases to communicate requirements for future functionality to Oracle Development • Responsible for the Development of Reports that is to be deployed Globally to 37 countries that will be used to evaluate, track and manage customer service business processes. • Provides systems testing of enhancements and assists user acceptance testing. • Work with IT department to ensure enhancements are moved into a production environment. • Assist team members to ensure the new design is compatible with current and evolving application software functionality across all areas of the system. Review applications to assure that functionality recommended and/or implemented for an area of the system does not conflict with other areas. • Assist and maintain a close relationship with the functional areas in order to understand and meet their needs for computer-based capabilities. • Worked with the business units and the Process and Design team to develop Training Course Designs that will be used during the implementation period
