Daily Duties at Babies R Us:
Managed and directly controlled all operational aspects of a multimillion dollar revenue and 37000 sq.ft retail store. Aspects included expense management, supplies ordering, building maintenance, and Cash Control (counting, deposits, record keeping) Completed cashier audits, prospect interviews, and performance reviews for approximately 30 direct and/or indirect reports. Responsible for on-boarding and training new associates. This included background screenings, talent evaluation, and ensuring 100% compliance with all federal and state employment laws. Exceeded and completed all expectations after only 6 months in the position (11 weeks training) Displayed disciplined organizational, adaptation, and selling skills in tough economic and retail environment Executed with excellent Fiduciary responsibility and Operational Excellence through sound decision making and drive for results.
