Daily Duties at Blue Shift Technologies:

Maintained full responsibility for developing and managing service operations in Asia, Europe, Russia, and North America. Executed all aspects of resource management, customer relationship management, service contract administration, and P&L management. Designed and facilitated training programs to instruct customer and service agents in the use of system applications and maintenance. Managed all aspects of the test facility. Collaborated with engineering on field related issues including installations, field escalations, product upgrades, repairs, and design reviews of current and future products. Assisted sales and marketing on pre and post sales of products and services. Established third party service and sales organizations to interface and provide spares, installation, warranty, application, and service contracts for customers in Asia and Europe. Key Achievements: * Played a key role in reducing global communication issues by developing a Customer Relationship Management software that streamlined support over the web utilizing SAP and SalesForce. * Created a service portal for end users to develop and monitor case activity as well as increased customer visibility to the issues being solved in real time. * Served as a member of the Engineering Change Order Board (ECO), which was the sign-off requirement for field changes and implementation. * Produced reports that detailed customer metrics, which aided in business decision-making processes.
