Daily Duties at Larson Binkley Inc.:
Coordinate and expedite the work flow within and between engineering departments according to project schedules. Supervise engineering design, contract management, consultant coordination, budget and schedule performance, project closeout and customer service with expertise in managing multiple on-going and simultaneous projects for well known companies such as National Vision, Baskin Robbins, Robek's Juice, Men's Warehouse and T.D. Ameritrade. Oversee organization, scheduling and implementation of projects. Create, distribute and trace construction contracts-change orders. Manage expense reports and assist with close out procedures. Train on-site personnel and provide support as needed. Compose and disseminate monthly progress reports. Designed mechanical engineering and plumbing piping systems such as domestic cold/hot water, sanitary wastes/ vent, storm water, natural gas design, basic fire protection and kitchen facility plumbing, including grease waste and interceptors. All design work done on Autocadd.
