Daily Duties at Carnegie Museums Of Pittsburgh:

• Direct and administer the Management Information Systems functions of Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh (Financial, HR/Payroll, Fundraising, Marketing, Purchasing, and Program Registration). • Install and support all aspects of the IT Infrastructure • Manage and maintain corporate help-desk • Perform system and application maintenance as required • Implement and maintain Internet/Intranet infrastructure • Implement and maintain all core business applications • Manage and maintain an Avaya communication system (voice and voice mail) • Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery Plan for the Corporate data center • Develop a Business Continuity plan for Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh • Develop and administer Administrative Intranet • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for operational control • Develop and administer departmental budgets • Monitor staff and project teams for quality results • Conduct strategic planning in support of the overall Corporate strategic plan • Review and upgrade system and communication infrastructure • Y2K Remediation Coordinator • Serve as Training coordinator for the Financial Services component
