Provide direct client support and installation services of the PsychConsult (behavior health) software package. Conduct client training Manage installation and implementation project for client Analyze user requirements and recommend upgrades and changes Document user needs for customization requests Map and program client’s claim processing, both paper and electronic Assist client with implementation and conversion to an EMR system Manage client contracts and needs on an on-going basis
