Daily Duties at Armstrong Bank:
I support our customers with Online Banking, Online Bill Payment, Telephone Banking, Mobile Banking, and account information. I also respond daily to customer emails sent to the company customer service email address, as well as, sent securely through Online Banking accounts. I process applications for Online Banking, troubleshoot customer's problems with the various electronic banking systems, and teach the customers individual aspects of the electronic banking systems over the telephone. I also perform other duties within the bank such as posting rejected transactions, and providing requested account information to third parties, processing applications received electronically, tracking and reporting statistical data regarding the Online Banking users, provide the primary training for new Call Center employees, and provide minor software and hardware support to co-workers.
