3M COMPANY St. Paul, MN 1992 – 1998 Worldwide Marketing Director – Led international sales and production in 12 countries for Thinsulate Group of thermal insulations for consumer and industrial markets. Served as global sales and marketing director for US, Europe, South America, and Asia-Pacific markets and as business unit manager for R&D, engineering, advertising and PR, and communications. Managed 40 employees in 7 countries. Held full P & L responsibility for global pricing execution to customers in every market center. Led expansion into major new market segments, revitalized and repositioned key brands, and developed and executed worldwide strategic planning model.
