Led total organizational restructuring to customer-based business model. Directed transition from R&D focus to publicly traded startup with commercialization of thermal regulation materials for consumer, commercial, and industrial markets. Managed company performance in manufacturing, R&D, product development, marketing, finance, sales, PR, and communications. Supervised VP R&D, CFO, VP Sales, VP Manufacturing, and VP Asia-Pacific and 30 indirect reports.
