Daily Duties at Chrysler Corporation:

Design, Quality Verification, and Validation of Powertrain Engine components and Systems Strategically designed, developed, prioritized, planned, and drove projects to ensure on-time, budget-compliant delivery while maintaining high quality standards for fuel injectors, fuel rail and intake manifolds. Applied dynamic strategic planning skills toward developing link based vehicular testing, production software calibrations, and test data reporting. Performed extensive analytical skills to determine if component design meets functional and performance specifications. Consistently achieved critical deadlines while maintaining high quality standards. Actively liaised between various departments to develop, prepare and present technical reports detailing test results and future planning to upper level management, as well as product release status. Met with clients to review statuses, and provide expert recommendations in boosting operational efficiency of daily operations. Demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills in effectively steering monthly staff meetings to coordinate projects/workflow and define expectations. Applied extensive technical proficiencies toward delivering superior troubleshooting and problem resolutions for all fuel injectors, fuel rails, plastic intake manifolds, plastic electronic throttle control pedal design and development. Select Accomplishments: • Performed ongoing review and analysis of day-to-day P/S hose & tubes, intake manifold for 3.7L, 4.7L and 5.7L vehicle activities in order to try to increase overall efficiency and reduce expenses. • Ensured testing met achieved FMVSS 206/114 and FMVSS 124 requirements, in accordance with client goals and objectives for 3.7L and 4.7L electronic throttle control pedals. • Prioritized, planned and coordinated multiple simultaneous projects to maximize efficiency and achieve critical timelines, including executing a broad spectrum testing plans, developing budget allocations, and overseeing projects financial expenditures. • Innovated a wide array of system optimization proposals to Chrysler Engineering Management, as well as conducted analytical testing on engine components and engine powertrain systems to improve overall vehicle and component quality.
