Daily Duties at Entegee Inc.:
Contracted to General Dynamics Amphibious Systems to mentor and manage a team of 16 requirements engineers executing a paradigm shift in requirements management practice towards a tailored implementation of the IBM Rational™ Rational Unified Process. Developed requirements for the U.S. Marine Corps Advanced Amphibious Assault Vehicle (AAAV), later known as Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle (EFV). Coordinated the effort to effect division-wide requirements engineering policy and practice realignment and prepare the organization for an SEI CMMI level 3 compliance assessment.
