Lead Technical/Business Analyst contracted to the Veteran's Administration HealtheVet VistA Desktop Common Services portfolio. HealtheVet is a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) based application framework that will host the new generation of Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA) clinical applications. Within the Common Services portfolio, provided consultation services to establish a more mature IBM Rational™ Unified Process (RUP) based iterative development approach to requirements management on the Delivery Service and Person Service common infrastructure service projects. Position required coordination with geographically distributed development team via telecommute from home based office in Largo, Florida.
