Performed functions for designated cash office trainer for incoming management staff and case office personnel for all Atlanta area units. Developed and implemented employee policies and procedures pertaining to administrative organization, key control, and inventory efficiency. Accountable for preparation of and adherence to Daily Operating Statement. Worked with spreadsheets for budget analysis and forecasting. Customer Service Representative 1990-1991, 1994-1995 Provide service to customers, both on the floor and at the Business Center: Maintained “Visual Standards” consistent with Office Depot merchandising standards. Screened new hires, included full-time and seasonal employees.
