Received moves from our National Accounts such as Home Depot Remain shippers main point of contact throughout the entire moving process Arrange pack/load/delivery/delivery out of storage dates with shippers Arrange special services-3rd party service for disconnection of appliances/pool tables/crating/maid service.... Call customers 2 days prior to pack date to confirm time of arrival for pack crews. Call again on pack and load days to see how everthing is going. Check ETA for delivery and inform shipper Check on the delivery
