Daily Duties at Kip Prahl & Associates:

This position provides coverage to the Central Valley and is based in my home office. As an EH&S Engineer servicing 62+ clients in the manufacturing, agriculture and auto dealer's industry it is my responsibility to schedule quarterly site visit inspections, prepare and maintain all related documentation for city, county, state and government agencies. These quarterly visits and continued responsibilities consist of: Hazard Communication, Hazard Material Handling, Hazardous Waste Management, Cost Recovery Program, Injury Illness Prevention Program, EPA ID number assistance, environmental and safety related site inspections, facilitator for safety committee meetings each quarter, Emergency Response, Respiratory Programs, Risk Management, Spill Plans and Incident Investigation. This position requires extensive travel, communication skills with all levels of management to include business owners as well as the ability to communicate and coordinate with staff at all facilities. The ability to work independently, group management skills, facilitates on-going injury/illness investigation strategies and training programs with management.
