Supported dynamic Mid-Atlantic and Government Services Sales team of 10 by prioritizing and completing multimillion dollar service contracts. Ensured contracts were substantively and legally correct, and that customer was entitled to service. Repeatedly recognized by peers and management for reducing cycle time of contract closure and reducing response and throughput time, resulting in: * improved cash flow * timely payment of sales commissions * increased customer satisfaction * reduced liability and risk. Nominated by peers to attend STARS 2001. One of only 3 Contract Administrators globally to win award to attend President's Club 2001.
