Supported team of 10 Product Managers. Developed and maintained weekly roadmaps which included team goals, product releases and metrics. Initiated introduction of software to store and organize catalogue data: * reduced DPMO scores by 95% * saved $2M a year, by enabling transition from paper catalogue to web-based Rewrote, edited and formatted third party course content for eLearning site. Developed and implemented effectiveness-enhancing programs for Sun Learning, including eLearning, content / knowledge management system, secure repository, print catalogs and marketing collateral. Key voting member of Sun Learning’s Product Life Cycle (PLC) team consisting of VPs, Directors and Managers. Created and maintained weekly email communications and introduced new archive of marketing materials for Field Marketing and Sales, giving easy access to all previously published promotional information. Initiated and implemented training program for Services Product Managers and Channel Partners.
