Orchestrated complete redesign of University Talent’s global web site for easier utilization by managers and interns. Team trainer for new ATS (VirtualEdge by ADP). Solely managed Sun’s US Employee Referral Program, consistently achieving under 24 hour response time for inquiries and issues. Participated in 5 “Tech Camps”, yearly “Bring Your Child to Work Days, and “Change Your World” branding promotions. Managed third party job posting vendors such as Monster, Dice and Jobster.
