Daily Duties at United Health Care Golden Rule:

Started as a personal producer then promoted to senior team leader of seven fellow sales representatives to help increase their overall monthly sales. Responsible for making 50 to 60 outbound calls per day to close sales. As an advisor, consistently ranked in the top 10% among all sales representatives for 2 years. My team exceeded our $15 million team sales revenue quota each year. Won the highly coveted “Top Broker of the Month” award 7 times in a highly competitive unit. Was selected to work closely with upper management on the “Product Advisory Committee” for product improvement, enhancements, and market shifts. Made and received inside sales calls from individuals and key decision makers in B to B and D to C for health insurance/life insurance/annuities/LTC/dental/vision/Accident Policies. Closed sales at a level of a 35 % closing ratio most months, highest in our dept of 65 sales people. As an inside sales producer, topped my quota of 80 policies per month by selling on average 120. Worked with existing accounts to resell or up sell from their current healthcare packages

What they like about United Health Care Golden Rule:

The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social. When you investigate a new hiring company, ask recruiters, managers, and potential co-workers about the social life and opportunities there. This is especially important when you are relocating; moving dramatically alters your social sphere both inside and outside the workplace.
