Daily Communication with all Overseas Countries to confirm booking of cargo & it's timely arrival for Final Destination/Port with emphasis on Tracking & Tracing via Air/Truck, Classifications, Border Protection Clearance, Extract, Munipulations, Inbond, Invoicing, Expediting Deliveries, Preparations fo Export Documentation, Monitor Cargo as it arrives & leaves the warehouse, Preliminary Claims, Photograph Cargo, Spread Sheet for various Importers, Heavy Customer Service, Collections, Negotiate all Pricing, Quotations, Communicate Daily w/various Vendors, Accompanied Sales Reps. to meetings to learn Clients needs, Handle Remote Filing via out ports, Attend Corporate Meetings for update procedures, Provide input to IT Dept. prior to roll out of new software, Coordinate Training for all New Personnel.
