Work with clients who are interested in buying and/or selling residential property. Knowledgeable in marketing area by knowing what sold for what, how long it was on the market and what the competition looks like. Able to understand financing and mortgages, especially the different type of loan programs and what the basic requirements are. An expert in California state contract and the language associated. Excellent communicator and speaker.
