Daily Duties at Paradigm Imaging Group:

Supervised staff of 7, consisting of both CAD Technicians and scanner operators. Converted architectural, electrical, mechanical, and civil drawings into vector formation. Performed quality control on both scanned and vectored images and estimated drawing times to clients. - Single handedly developed lisp routines which when implemented greatly increased the efficiency and productivity of the office. - Was primarily responsible for the testing and training of new employees on AutoCAD and Scanning hardware and software. - Started as a drafter but was promoted to a supervisor within the first year of employment.
