Daily Duties at Sadek Inc.:

Responsible for overall coordination, functional management, and leadership of all sales activities of the business. Provided annual sales plans, quarterly updates, revisions, and modifications. Coordinated and facilitated new hire sales, customer service training, and continuous education for the entire company. Responsible for overseeing all scheduling for leadership, sales, and representatives. In charge of coordinating the specific objectives of the sales plan with all functional departments. Established and managed sales targets and goals as well as drive sales strategies and business growth. Ensured the Quality Assurance (QA) team monitored calls for all sales specialists and customer service representatives. Assisted in the creation of training guides for new QA team members. Provided continuous feedback to upper management concerning associate development and process improvements. Collected and distributed end-of-month reports to supervisors and managers. Audited all perfect scores and automatic failures to ensure high level of accuracy was given. Attended weekly QA team calibrations and facilitated the daily QA customer service and sales floor calibrations.
