Tax Manager – International Tax Services Group (6/04 – 9/06) •Consulting and technical review of US outbound reporting issues including 5471s, 5472s, Foreign Tax Credit calculations, Section 199, 1120F and technical disclosures for reorganizations, etc. •Performed and reviewed research and analysis to identify and resolve US outbound international issues •Consulted client to achieve optimal tax department functionality such as transitioning from an outsourced environment to in-house preparation of US outbound reporting requirements including technology training •Developed and managed a team of outbound reporting specialists through a methodology that involved classroom technical and technology training, project management training and selling activities as well as administration of annual performance reviews Senior Tax Associate – Business Compliance Services Group (6/02 to 6/04) •Prepared and reviewed federal and state returns for corporate clients, including consolidated returns and pass-through entities •Prepared and reviewed quarterly estimated tax payments and extensions •Supervised and trained new Tax Associates on tax preparation and software use •Prepared and reviewed international tax returns, including Forms 5471, 5472, and 8621 Tax Associate – Consumer and Industrial Products Group (9/99 to 6/02) •Prepared domestic Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 1040, as well as various state returns •Prepared planning and research memos for various clients •Prepared FAS 109 computations and footnote disclosures for consolidated groups
