Setup and Created company wide estimating program utilizing Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications to automate and standardize the company’s estimating procedures. Served as Project Manager to coordinate and manage the entire design team through construction document development and bidding. Trained and managed the estimating staff and served as liaison to Project Managers, Sales Management, and customers.
