• Provided second and third level helpdesk support to 8,000 clients - remote connectivity, Office 2000/2003 support, application and web support, printing, hardware and software troubleshooting, and Citrix support on Windows 2000 and Windows XP operating systems. Created, updated, and closed trouble tickets using Remedy and Service Center (Peregrine). • Server administrator for $100 million project. Maintained current versions of Microsoft software; updated McAfee software; scheduled, ran, and documented all backups; performed Active Directory group and account management; and installed of all software required for the project. Project never had a data loss; hardware failures were resolved quickly without significant downtime. • Created and maintained user accounts and groups in Active Directory. • Documented processes and procedures for the helpdesk. • Created self-help documents for the clients for routine tasks (adding printers, configuring Delegates in Outlook, etc.). • Provided training to VisAlign colleagues in Windows 2000 Professional and Server, provided Q/A sessions for Windows XP Professional.
