 Managed – oversaw from both project and program mgr positions – small, medium, large and complex projects.  Oversaw the organization and execution of the engineering, implementation and turnover to operations for VoIP services.  Executed specification and preparation for new market roll out, to include documentation of acceptable parameters.  Coordinated the updating of IVR messaging and routing systems with appropriate directives as related to VoIP.  Introduced automation, prioritization and web presentation of south bound billing error reporting for regional resolutions.  Executed feasibility and ROI investigations prior to selection and implementation of pending project opportunities.  Delivered CPE Auto-Discovery Product life cycle management - to include SW dev., HW requirements, acquisition, installation and platform implementation.  Managed Vendor relationships (6+vendors)  OSS/BSS – Operations Support Systems – Project manager – top down provisioning and service delivery manager of changes, QA , Staging and Prod migrations.  Directed / managed high speed data SW revs and applications thru development plan execution and bug review and correction to delivery.  Implemented HW installation and web page development for UMS.
