• Led and executed 6 individual business acquisitions, facility / site relocation and network assimilations. • Managed lease and facilities negotiation, construction / build out, move in and turn up. • Resuscitated and implemented failed VoIP/ IPT solution to 25 site enterprise solution. • Managed coordination & execution of new conference bridging platform relieving $35k/mo in conference bridging costs. • Identified / re-formatted Active Directory and GAL for existing and all newly integrated businesses. • Drove Automation project impacting 125activities reducing resource obligation by 700% • Delivered automated IS OPS – enterprise level scripting solution encompassing 6 Db platforms and overseeing virtual teams of Systems Analysts, Engineers and Sw developers • Managed multiple acquisition projects (7) with short timeline and over 200k lives migrated. • Upgrade IVR consolidation / Replacement –of existing 4 platforms with voice portal solution. • Negotiated vendor selection and SLA’s for response within the service contracts of the IVR Solution • Managed multiple vendor relationships – as pertained to the multiple projects / products being supported
